From the time they were very young, my own boys were fascinated and inspired by animals. Almost nothing compares to the excitement they showed, while exploring in nature and learning about wildlife. 

As a result, much of our homeschooling over the years, is rooted in animal study. From there, we learn about geography (where in the world certain animals are located). Animals can inspire reading, spelling and vocabulary. We take it further, as we then study the history of that area. All of it, inspired by the intricate and miraculous wonders of God’s creation!

Furthermore, as with any good artist study, the more we study the creation, the better we understand its Creator! By taking a close look at His design, our children learn to recognize the very fingerprints of God.
